Dr Jenifer Luman MD, MPH, FACEM, FACEP is a Specialist Physician with over 30 years of clinical experience in Australia and the US, and Founder and Medical Director of Empower Longevity on the Sunshine Coast. After decades in emergency medicine seeing the consequences of chronic disease, Jen became passionate about helping women intervene earlier. She has a special interest in perimenopause, menopause and healthy ageing, providing individualised, evidence-based care that considers symptoms, hormones, cardiovascular, bone and metabolic health, lifestyle and personal risk. She believes women should understand their options and be active partners in protecting their long-term health and quality of life.
